This is the first time in my life I have ever written a Google review. I’ve dealt with bad companies and rude service and I’ve never cared enough to write a review. I’ll start by saying when they quoted me $600 to do a 750 square-foot home, I thought this was going be the nicest cleaning I’ve ever seen. Think again! The second thing that happened is they showed up three hours late. And hand on the Bible, The average 10-year-old would’ve been more thorough. Some areas were clean, kinda. And then other areas you could tell they were even there. Most of it looked like they wiped it one time with a wet rag and called it good. I was very polite and patient at first with the woman I was speaking with over Text message. I sent dozens of photos of the unacceptable job her workers did. I asked her to take a little money off the initial price that was already outrageously high. I offered to pay her $400. She was loud, rude, obnoxious, and lied about how long her employees were there and also lied about the original condition of the house. Whatever woman that was in charge there that I was talking to was so awful and exhausting that I didn’t feel like keeping it going so I just paid her the $600 so that I could forget about it. Definitely hire these people if you hate money, Communication, work quality, and your sanity!

I have never written a negative review before, but given how this company handled our move-in clean, I feel obligated to warn others. To start, the cleaners arrived about three hours late with very little communication. By the time they finally showed up, it was late in the evening, and they appeared to rush through the job before leaving. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was far from satisfactory. Trash was left behind, several areas that were supposed to be cleaned were either missed entirely or only cleaned superficially, and the overall quality was nowhere near what we paid for. It was obvious the job was rushed rather than completed thoroughly. What was even more disappointing was the company’s response when we reached out to address these issues. Instead of taking accountability, our concerns were dismissed, leaving us feeling like our business didn’t matter. Between the excessive delay, the poor quality of the cleaning, and the lack of professionalism in handling our concerns, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, or professional cleaning service.
