As an experienced local agent for nearly 40 years, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Chase & Merchant for septic installations. Fairly priced & if ever there is an issue with something (which can always happen in business), they come back and call you back until you are happy. So many of my clients chose them and I always feel better when I know they are handling an upgrade!

I almost got run over by one of their trucks going 90 mph + on the highway; then the truck following that one, (same company), proceeded to drive erratically in front of me for 6 or 7 miles until she got out of the truck on the off ramp, walking up to my window screaming at me. She accused me of cutting off her co worker and former mentioned truck mate... among other things. I don't post these things ever, but maybe not driving 90 mph could have prevented this? And to cut someone off and block them from driving? This was surreal to say the least. I hope they consider who's representing the company out in public and on the roads. I'm sure its a great company that does great work, but this forever tarnished my view of them unfortunately.
