Google showed 4.9 stars from 555 ratings in August 2026. Customers also describe how visits are arranged. An August reviewer praised regular communication about scheduled times. A July customer said the team explained the selected program, arranged first and future treatments, arrived promptly, toured the property and treated the designated areas. An April reviewer said Antonio walked the property with them to discuss what they wanted sprayed. A June 2026 reviewer described an ant infestation and a Saturday-morning call when they were not already a customer. They said the team arrived within an hour, contacted them before arrival and after finishing, and returned three times to help keep the ant issue under control. The reviewer identified Curt as the owner and said he explained what had been done and the plan ahead. One July 2026 reviewer reported a very different interaction with a driver. They said a truck entered their driveway, the driver asked whether they had ordered service, and they said they had not. According to the reviewer, his open door blocked access to their car; he closed it after three requests but declined to leave and stayed while looking at his phone.
