Its own site frames it as a general plumbing and water heater outfit, and the reviews line up with that: the jobs people mention most are a water heater going bad and a plumbing problem that needs someone there fast. This spring, one homeowner had Capeway install a tankless water heater and called out on-time arrival, a fair price, and clear communication the whole way through, then came back later for a couple of smaller fixes and said the crew explained what had gone wrong. A few weeks earlier, another customer's old hot water tank split open and flooded the floor; Capeway talked them through shutting off the gas and water over the phone before a tech arrived to clean up and get a new tank in. In January, a retired builder on the outer Cape said Capeway was the only company, out of eight he tried, to show up the next day, price the job, and start the rough-in on a new ADU the day after that. The count is still modest, and Google is essentially the only place real customer accounts show up; a handful of other directory pages carry Capeway's name and address but no reviews of their own. For a same-day leak or a water heater that's on its way out, this is a company with a short but consistent record of showing up fast. For a bigger job, get a price and timeline in writing before work starts, the way the outer-Cape customer did — that's what kept the billing surprise-free on a rough-in job.

We had a great experience with Capeway Plumbing! They installed our tankless hot water heater and did a terrific job. They were on time, competitively priced and had excellent communication throughout the process. We’ve also reached out to them since for smaller issues (including some user error on our end), and they were quite helpful explaining what we did wrong and how to fix it. Highly recommend Capeway Plumbing for both big and small jobs.

Quick response, friendly and hard workers.<br>We had an old hot water tank that broke and made a mess on the floor with leaking water. When we called this company, they were working on other customers but still told us to shut off the gas and water to connect to the broken tank. Soon after Will finished that customer he came to our house and cleaned up the mess. We got a new hot water system within 2 days. We are lucky to find this company.

My husband (a retired builder) needed a plumber on the outer cape for our new ADU. He contacted a past sub, and five others but no serious response. He called three off cape companies and Capeway Plumbing came out the next day, looked at the job, we agreed on a price and the following day a crew was out doing the rough in. The work is well done, the techs are very competent and seem to have a good work ethic. We did not have any billing surprises and we appreciated the fact that they wanted to get a good start before asking for upfront money.<br><br>If your project is on the lower cape, do not hesitate to give them a call, they just might surprise you.<br>,
