Shane was quick to respond to my initial request, he is friendly and extremely professional. We discussed about the repairs that were needed as well as what was needing to be done. He was extremely punctual and showed up on time and in fact was a few minutes, he was diligent about how his time was used on the two projects. we discussed other project that will be needed in the future; along with these upgrades I would call Shane first for emergencies as well.
Shane arrived on time, did exactly what we needed and in a timely manner. Shane was courteous and respectful We will call him again next time we are in need of a plumber, for sure.
