    We had a plumbing problem preventing installation of our new stacked washer and dryer. I called Greenlight Home Servicers and spoke with Josh at 2:30 PM today 06/26/2026. I sent a picture via text to him of the problem hardware. At 4:15 he had completed all the necessary repairs and submitted a reasonable bill. I look forward to referring Josh to family and friends when they are in need of a plumber.

    Very knowledgeable and responsive. I had an emergency on Memorial Day weekend and they fit me in and fixed my issue very quickly. Josh is great and I use him on all my prybig and small.
