A 2014 Houzz customer said Capewide Enterprises walked them through the financing, planning, testing, excavation, installation and inspection of a septic system replacement, starting with triage of a pipe crack and leak on Christmas Eve. A 2017 Google customer said they used Capewide to pump out their septic tank in May 2015 and again in May 2017, and that when they discovered a problem, the company resolved it in a manner that customer called fair. A 2015 customer who booked a routine septic tank pumping said the company had pulled the plans from the town before the young man arrived; while digging to reach the tank, he found a cluster of roots from a recently planted tree and explained that the tree would eventually damage the septic system if left where it was. A 2015 customer said Capewide helped turn raw land into a buildable lot with all proper permits. A 2013 Houzz customer described a new home built after the old one was demolished, from demolition on 1/10/11 to the occupancy permit on 6/23/11, and said Joao and Rich met their budget and delivered the project ahead of schedule. A 2014 customer said more than 75 percent of their home was remodeled over 3.5 months, and that Joao and his crew let them know what to expect at each phase. A 2023 Houzz customer thanked Joao Junqueira for a new bathroom and thanked Dave for keeping them informed of the daily projects. A 2020 Houzz reviewer said a 20-year-old house in North Falmouth was rebuilt from fall 2014 to spring 2015 for over $300K, that the new foundation developed a crack after about 9 months that got worse over time, that water was coming into the basement on a regular basis, and that Joao did not respond to several phone calls and texts. A 2019 Google reviewer whose basement flooded said Capewide had a plumber call back to say he would be there in 15 minutes, but he never showed and did not call to say he was not coming until 5 hours later. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 143358, is expired on the state registry.
