Rebuilt a 20 year old house in North Falmouth from the Fall 2014 - Spring 2015 for over $300K. Increased size from about 900 to about 2,000 sq ft. with many upgrades. Although his subcontractors did a fine job, our new foundation developed a crack after about 9 months that got worse over time. We now have water coming into our basement on a regular basis and Joao is not being responsive to several phone calls and texts. I even called him just to get a referral to someone who could help...no response. Very disappointed that Capewide DID NOT stand behind their work. BEWARE !

My basement flooded in July and trying to get a plumber to answer a call or return my voicemail was next to impossible on the Cape. When Capewide answered my call and had a plumber call me back to tell me he'd be at my house in 15 mins, I so happy! But, he never showed and did't call to tell me he wouldn't be coming until 5 hours later... I wish I could give them 0 stars.

So responsive to my needs. Rich Capen is super nice and very efficient. This company rocks!

We have twice used Capewide Enterprises to pump out our septic tank since we moved to Cape Cod in January 2015, first (May 2015) to insure that we had a "fresh start" after purchasing our home, and then again in May 2017 as part of normal every-two-year maintenance. The employees who came to the house were always friendly, professional, and helpful. This last time, when we discovered a problem, we contacted Capewide, and they were very receptive to our needs and resolved the matter in a manner that was eminently fair to us, for which we were very grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend Capewide to anyone in need of septic service.
