What is confirmed: the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held under Collaborative Construction LLC, is active. The site describes the business as family owned and run, and says it works Cape Cod and the Islands and the South Shore. The public history is a single Google rating, five stars. That is a start, not a history, and it is the one thing that should slow a homeowner down before committing to an addition or an ADU, which are not small jobs. A reasonable call if you are scoping added living space on the Cape or the South Shore and want a builder who also handles the permitting and can act as your representative on a bigger build. Ask for two or three recent local projects you can walk or phone, and ask for the supervisor licence number so you can check it yourself.
