Our experience with Carroll’s was amazing! I was able to schedule pick up and delivery within a couple of days, and their service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

The entire crew performed flawlessly in my cross-island move. They got the job completed quickly and efficiently - even coming under budget! They truly made the move as easy as it could be!

I used Carroll's to move from MV to Seattle. My possessions left my home on Martha’s Vineyard onto a truck, already half loaded with another customer's possessions, which was then switched from Carroll's truck to an Atlas Moving truck off island and shipped to Seattle two a storage facility and to a homeI rented that home for three months. When I bought a new home I had had friends move my stuff from storage to my final home nearby. There were several missing items and when I thought back, I recall a mover with Atlas (hired by Carroll's) confess that there was a lot of confusion about which of my possessions would go to storage, and which ones to my home. Some of those items were family heirlooms which had profound personal meaning to me. I strongly suspect that my missing possessions were confused with another shipment , on the initial switch off island. I asked multiple times to see if my belongings could be located. I kept getting syphoned from one person to another, between Carroll's and Atlas, not one person, acknowledging my concern for lost items significant to my family history. ALL I ASKED FOR IS THAT SOMEONE TAKE MY CONCERN SERIOUSLY AND TRY TO FIND MY POSSESSIONS. All I got was a run around, from one person to another, and a rude, uncaring approach to my concerns with the general impression that it was MY FAULT that the stuff was missing. I entrusted my belongings to Carroll's and payed a pretty penny for their service. I thought I was in good hands, and I feel totally discounted, heartbroken (and angry) at the misplacement of my belongings, and horrified at the way my concerns were handled. No one person made an effort to track my stuff. A million people were involved, and in the end, they shirked responsibility to my friends who made the final move. In the very least a thorough investigation and tracking of my concerns could have been done. Instead, the buck was passed and my concerns were blown off. Their focus was my financial claim, and I made it clear that what was most important was finding my belongings. I strongly recommend that you avoid using Carroll's Moving and Storage as well as Atlas Moving Company if you care about being treated with respect and professionalism.

Carroll's movers are an incredible organization. I had a very complicated project for them to support - a house renovation which required not only moving existing house contents, but storing them long term and staging and managing several new pieces of furniture, etc. Alicia Rabbitt (White Glove Coordinator) did an incredible job managing several deadlines while ensuring crisp execution - all while communicating brilliantly. I cannot recommend Carroll's more strongly!
