Carvalho Finish Carpentry Inc

Carvalho Finish Carpentry is a Cape Cod finish carpentry business run by Roger Carvalho, doing doors, stairs, cabinets, moldings, and built-ins for homeowners. The company holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, verified against the state registry, and Roger's own site says he's been at it for 8 years. Eleven Google reviews from 2025 and 2026, all five stars, describe a consistent kind of work: custom staircases, built-in shelving, and shiplap walls that reviewers say transformed rooms, alongside precise door and trim installation. A 2025 review described Roger taking a homeowner's vision and bringing it to life with a staircase, built-ins, and shiplap that gave the space a clean, classic look. Another described kitchen cabinets, wood flooring, and finish carpentry completed meticulously and methodically. The word that comes up again and again is detail — reviewers call the work meticulous, precise, and careful, and several specifically mention a clean job site and being on time. One customer who hired Roger for multiple projects, including a master bedroom closet rebuild, called him one of the best in his field on the Cape and praised his fair rates for the level of craftsmanship delivered. For custom staircases, built-ins, cabinets, or finish trim work on Cape Cod, this is a contractor with a strong, consistent, and recent stretch of detailed praise — the kind of specific, repeated praise that's hard to manufacture.
