Casco Bay Heat Pump

Mike and his team did a great job, and I highly recommend them! They are also extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. We had a fairly complicated install including an air handler & ductwork in the attic (so no wall units in the bedrooms). We also have height restrictions on part of our property which further complicated the compressor locations. Mike worked with me to find a work around and keep us on schedule. He and his crew are very professional and took great care of our house. They cleaned up everyday and were respectful of our things. We are very pleased with the job they did for us!

Mike and company did a great job designing and installing a system that would fit in with the unique architecture of our home. I do a lot of home repair work myself, so followed their work closely and was impressed with its quality as well as their patience with my questions.

overall a good experience.There was some miscommunication about how the system could be activated with my generator during a power outage. The system works beautifully and my electric bill is less than before the heat pumps were installed. Somehow, my wrench was accidentally lost during the installation. I am sure it was an oversight but could be readily corrected.

Mike and his team were knowledgeable, professional and timely. Mike continues to be available for any operational questions. I highly recommend Casco Bay!
