K-Town Disposal

A customer clearing a fire-damaged garage described using both 30- and 40-yard K-Town Disposal containers in a September 2025 Google review. They said the quote was straightforward—a drop charge plus the weight hauled away—and praised the price, drivers and responsive dispatch team. K-Town says it provides dumpster rentals, waste removal, recycling, curbside barrels and construction-debris removal for residential and business customers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Based in Salem, it says it was established in 2015 and operates within The Select Group of Companies network. Dumpster placement gets specific praise. An April 2026 reviewer said the company delivered quickly, accommodated the requested position despite snow, and placed the dumpster exactly where they wanted at the first pickup. A March 2026 reviewer who had used K-Town for two and a half years praised dumpster placement and trash removal. Another March 2026 customer said the worker waited while they brought out bins late and collected an oversized box that would not fit in the trash can. A business customer writing in November 2024 described regular dumpsters and occasional roll-offs as well priced and on time. The complaints include contracts, service restrictions and customer interactions. A February 2025 reviewer objected to automatic renewals, price increases and pickups refused over a small amount of driveway snow. A January 2026 reviewer called the person answering the phone rude and disrespectful. In an April 2023 review about a 2022 rental, a customer said boards with rusty nails were placed under the dumpster wheels and left behind after pickup, then reported being told K-Town no longer served their area. Driving also drew criticism: June 2024 and October 2025 reviewers warned about drivers, with the latter questioning their ability to maneuver dumpsters around property. Google lists a 3.8-star average from 17 ratings. BBB gives K-Town an A+ grade and lists it as unaccredited. In a March 2026 review, a parent thanked the company for sponsoring their son's sports team.
