Casey Energy is the prime example of why small businesses are always the best way to go. We first used Casey to help assess a buried propane tank as we were told we needed a new one. James showed up immediately to assess the tank and suggested replacing anodes and was not trying to sell a new tank but preserve what was in place. We have used their propane delivery services and when we were in a pickle on a Sunday morning, they had a tank show up to fill out tank within the hour. This is the kind of service that is hard to come by these days. We have changed all of our energy sources to their company and have been very happy. Other large oil companies who "serviced" our furnace and tank missing a broken furnace leaking dangerous fumes and a leaking oil tank (this was a new home purchase we were getting to learn so we had no clue). Casey identified dangerous life threatening issues to our heating systems and immediately rectified it. The last thing they did to continue my indefinite support as a customer is changing our leaking tank in evening ours with a crew of staff within two hours of my call. I am a forever customer!

From my first call about the issue we were having to the clean up at the end of the installation of a new hot water heater, everything about the experience was outstanding. Communication was above and beyond and the crew was very professional.
