Bar none the best environmental consultant and inspector you will find. Whereas other lead inspectors communicate with fear, Christine communicates with gentleness and clear, concise, and actionable information. Her work is careful, deliberate and meticulous. She did the deleading of our building over 10 years ago, and when I recently called her with questions she remembered all the details of our project and took time to explain options and steps. Five star work, five star service.

Thorough, professional, and friendly, she worked masterfully to ready a report on a property that was built in the late 1800s. Christine loves houses, and I learned a great deal as she went room to room doing her work. She loved the old features, and the reuse of original elements when a recent renovation was completed. Christine knew exactly what to do, and she turned around her report overnight, which is a huge help for me, as I want to complete the job soon.
