Customers writing in April, June and July 2026 describe Mark explaining findings during the inspection and answering questions. One April reviewer says he explained each step, delivered a clear report before the end of the day, and promptly answered follow-up questions. A July customer likewise says the written report arrived later that day. June and July reviewers specifically report delivery within 24 hours. April, June and July customers also describe easy booking or scheduling. The inspections have covered existing houses and new construction. In a March 2024 review, a new-build customer described Mark finding rubbing cabinet doors and thin paint on door tops, explaining construction techniques, and discussing maintenance for newer HVAC and ERV systems. That customer said the report arrived within 24 hours, allowing them to share it with the construction manager before a walkthrough. A July 2024 reviewer described drone roof photography and thermal imaging of walls and baseboard heaters. More recent customers describe similar inspection tools. An August 2026 reviewer mentions thermal imaging and drones.
