An August 2025 bathroom overhaul was quoted at a week and a half and finished inside a week; a January 2025 basement stayed on schedule and within budget; a June 2025 customer said Jean finished when he said he would, with no hidden extra costs on the end of it. Money runs the same direction — a September 2025 homeowner said the quote for their basement came in well below the others they had collected, and a May 2026 customer called the pricing fair. Kitchens and bathrooms are the other half of the work, often both at once. A May 2026 customer had the pair renovated and described a team that stayed organized and answered questions as they went; another May 2026 reviewer singled out the craftsmanship on the tile work and the cabinets. In October 2023, two homeowners described complete house renovations, one of them covering everything from the structure to the finishing touches. Two names recur. Carlos is credited in six reviews, the earliest from 2022; Jean is named in five from 2025 and 2026. A July 2026 caller wrote that the owner, Gean, picked up the phone himself, came out, and looked at a bathroom they had been wanting done for years. One thing to plan around: a 2022 Thumbtack customer who had bathroom drywall repaired, then added a closet door and a repair to an old door, said everything was fixed properly but that it took longer than expected — and hired them again anyway.
