A March 2026 customer had fold-down attic stairs put in and wrote that the crew were on time and did excellent work, adding that they laid paper to cover the floors and plastic to contain the dust. A September 2024 client said the team turned up on time every day, quietly went about their work and cleaned up after work every day. A February 2024 reviewer whose deck needed power washing and painting said Dennis came back with a quote inside 24 hours and was "prompt professional and a pleasure to deal with". Dennis's name recurs. A February 2024 client said he and his crew "oversaw my vision 100%" on a kitchen and that the result exceeded expectations after poor experiences with earlier contractors. Kitchens come up more than once — another February 2024 reviewer called their kitchen renovation "top notch" for a very good price. One thing to verify yourself: both listings self-report a Massachusetts trade licence, number 210322, expiring 01/30/2028. That is the directory's own entry rather than a registry confirmation, so ask for the number and check it with the state before you sign. Note too that the name on the listings alternates between Cedar Castro and Cedar Construction, so confirm which entity the contract names. This is a sensible call for exterior repair work — stucco, siding, roof patching, decks and stairs — with a review record that points to a crew that arrives when it says it will and cleans up behind itself. Get the licence number in writing, and ask which recent jobs you can go and look at.
