We had our water heater break and initially had another plumber come out, who told us it needed to be replaced and that we needed a bunch of additional work. The quote was honestly absurd and left us feeling really uneasy. I had heard great things about John at Central Plumbing, so we reached out for a second opinion. From the start, John was incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, confirmed what actually needed to be done, and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was able to come out the very next day, showed up on time, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and we felt confident we were in good hands the whole time. It was such a relief to work with someone who is straightforward, skilled, and not trying to upsell unnecessary work. We will absolutely be using John and Central Plumbing & Heating again and would recommend him without hesitation.

John came over for a quick visit to check out and answer some questions about baseboard heating in our old house. I’m so glad I went with this company - he arrived in the window of time in which he said he would, communicated well, treated me with respect and helped brainstorm solutions to the issues. Next time we have a plumbing or heating issue, I definitely know who I’ll be calling.
