Ask around Brighton for a repaint and CertaPro Painters of Boston is the name that keeps coming back — literally, since several homeowners here say this is their second or third job with the same crew. Rich Carmosino runs it, scoping most jobs himself, with office coordinator Nicole and painters like Danny and Junior showing up by name across years of reviews for interior and exterior work on Boston-area condos and older homes. The last six months read like a clean streak: ten Google reviews, all five stars, none of them negative. Recent jobs describe a downtown Boston apartment repaint where the crew moved the furniture and patched wall holes themselves, an office repaint that fully covered bold yellow-and-orange stripes without a trace showing through, and a bathroom job where ceiling repair and shower-tile replacement got folded in alongside the paint work. Pull back further and the shape holds — 89 reviews since 2021 averaging 4.9 stars on Google, with the same handful of names recurring project after project. The one bit of texture worth knowing: a couple of older reviews mention brief scheduling snags, though both say things got sorted out before the crew finished. Past that, there isn't much to flag — the business is listed with the Brighton Chamber of Commerce, and specialty work like EIFS stucco coating and matching paint to a 150-year-old house both drew praise rather than complaints. For a straightforward interior or exterior repaint — especially in an occupied condo where furniture-moving and clean edges matter — this is a crew Boston homeowners keep rehiring. Worth confirming who's actually running your job, since Rich, Nicole, and Danny turning up together seems to be part of what people are happy with.

Someone recommend me CertaPro to paint my entire 2Bedroom apt in downtown Boston and can’t be happier. They are nice people, professional and clean. I forgot to move the furniture and they did it for me. They paint but also cover holes I had in the walls and all is fantastic. I had the pleasure to meet Joseph, which speaks English and Spanish perfectly, and we had a fun chat while doing the job. I can’t recommend them enough!

Did a great job working on walls and ceilings that were very old, from a house built in 1875. They also worked with me on the cost. Very happy with the result.
