Certified Appliance Care fixes ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers and dryers, and its website names Worcester as its service area. A recent customer said Lucas examined the whole oven and found a burnt wire, which saved them from buying a new part. A recent customer said Lucas repaired both their dishwasher and their microwave and made sure everything was working before he left. A recent customer wrote that LG authorizes Certified Appliance Care for warranty service, and said technician Thalles quickly identified the issue with a failed LG refrigerator compressor. A 2024 customer said their LG dryer stopped mid-cycle, the office called the same day with an opening, and Lucas was there within an hour and fixed it in 5 minutes. A 2024 customer said Tiago gave flat-rate-plus-parts estimates before the visit, and the repair, a broken wire, came to the flat rate charge plus a credit card fee. A 2025 customer said the company did not charge for $150 in door switch parts it installed to find the fault when the repair could not be completed because a part was out of stock. Follow-through is where things have gone wrong. A recent customer paid $237.14 and still has an oven that will not hold its set heat; Lucas had said he would do the more expensive repair if the cheaper one failed, and after the customer called and left multiple messages, someone texted to confirm the part order, with nothing since. A recent customer said the technician sent for their dryer worked on the washing machine instead, said he would order parts and left, and told his boss the dryer was clogged with lint and not a warranty issue, which the customer disputes. A 2025 customer said a refrigerator fixed on a Frigidaire dispatch broke again a month later with the same problem, and two online requests and six phone calls went unreturned. A 2025 customer said a warranty repair on an Electrolux dryer was not done properly and the company then ignored calls.
Lucas couldn’t have been more professional when coming to repair my oven. He walked me through the issues and took the time to examine the whole oven saving me from buying a new part when he found a burnt wire! He was clean and respectful of the kitchen when moving the oven. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with this company! Lucas did an excellent job repairing both my dishwasher and my microwave. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also answered all of my questions and cleared up every doubt I had. I also want to thank the office staff for being so friendly and helpful. They explained what the likely problem was even before the technician arrived, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. I highly recommend them!
I had a LG Linear Refrigerator Compressor fail after 4 years, yet within 5 year full replacement warranty (never again buying LG Fridge!). LG authorizes Certified Appliance Care for this service and the team did a fantastic job! I'd like to call out the service technician, Thalles, for quickly identifying the issue and doing all he could to come back asap (the evening before a holiday weekend). Thalles is conscientious and really cares about his work-rare these days. Also want to recognize the engagement/responsiveness of Thiago, who kept me updated with progress throughout LG warranty/replacement process. Glad to know who to call if I need future appliance care!
Paid 237.14 to still have a broken oven. Lucas came to inspect our oven because it wasn’t maintaining its set heat. He said it was one of two things. He ordered parts for both fixes and said he’d do the cheaper one first. He assured that if the problem wasn’t fixed, he would do the more expensive repair. By the time I reached out to let him know it wasn’t fixed, the more expensive part would’ve been returned, which I knew, but I was previously assured the part could be reordered and the repair could be made. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. Someone reached out via text message, something previously done by the company, to confirm the part order. There has been nothing since. I’ve even called back. I do not recommend unless you want to pay to continue to have a broken appliance.
Do not recommend them at all. They don’t answer the phone after days of calling and messaging. The tech came for dryer and didn’t know which one was dryer and steered messing with washing machine. He said he was going to order parts and left. He told told his boss it was clogged with hair and lint and not a warranty issue which is a lie. I stuck my arm through vent and barely any lint at all. Very unprofessional and now I’m battling warranty company.
