Charles B Nardone Jr

Charles B Nardone Jr is a Cotuit-based contractor whose BuildZoom profile lists kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodeling work alongside additions and general residential construction. Permit records on file span 16 years and four towns: a 2023 garage, kitchen and primary-bath addition in North Easton, a 2017 windows, siding, stone-veneer and reroof job in Cotuit, a 2016 remodel in Weston, and a 2007 kitchen renovation in Newton Center. BuildZoom's own listing is inconsistent about his construction supervisor license (#CS-076362) — one line shows it active and verified as of July 2026, another shows the same number inactive and at one point cancelled. That's worth clarifying directly before hiring. Given how scattered and infrequent the permit history is, ask for recent references and confirm the license status yourself before signing anything.
