My wife and I built a new home in Rye, NH with Chase Construction. We were new to this area, so our architect did the search work for us and recommended Chase. After interviewing them, we knew we had found a special team. We've built 3 new homes and done several major renovations over the years, and working with Chase has been, by far, the very best experience. That it is a family business is very obvious, from the shared commitment to excellence to the seamless communication and execution. This extends to all employees and subs, who share the same level of care in the business. Most importantly, the quality is outstanding. Other aspects such as responsiveness, transparency, and staying on budget were all 5 stars. Without reservation, we highly recommend Chase Construction.
My home in Ogunquit was damaged in an unusual accident. Chase did the repairs which included redoing a bathroom. It is so nice to work with a local family-owned business. The management folks organized the estimate and supervised work visiting my small project regularly to check in with the Chase construction team and me. The Chase construction team arrived each day on time, were super respectful of my home, cleaned up at end of day, completed on time and on budget, and are true craftsmen taking real pride in their work. Great communication throughout process. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
The Chase team attention to detail in unmatched in the industry. The quality can be seen the moment you walk into one of their homes. Great Work!
Quality of WOW! These guys have a fantastic team that deliver on Quality and Value. Top Notch craftsmanship, with the friendliest personalities. I have built custom homes throughout the Rocky Mountain Region in the multi-million range and I am highly impressed with not only Chase Construction's finished product, but also their business process. Organized, Honest, and Efficient. I would trust Chase with any high dollar renovation or new custom home.
Because I was new to the area, I was apprehensive about finding the best firm to handle the renovations (added a bathroom and renovated all other existing bathrooms and kitchen) of my new home. Chase Construction came highly recommended to me by a good friend whose family moved from Boston to York County and who hired Chase Construction to handle the renovations of several of their homes. From the beginning, I was confident I made the right choice. Eric Chase provided oversight for my project, and Emlyn Chase was the project manager. The pandemic presented unprecedented challenges with shortages and delays, but Eric and Emlyn did a fantastic job managing these issues. Emlyn had the foresight to work with me to order fixtures, cabinets and lighting earlier than usual so that we would have them in time. Eric and Emlyn also assembled a great team. In particular, the work of the carpenters and tile specialist was outstanding. I continue to receive many compliments on the tile work in the bathrooms and the beautiful coffered ceiling in the living room. Another benefit of working with Chase is that they also design and manufacture beautiful, top quality cabinetry, so there is one less company to coordinate with and manage. What impressed me most about the team was how much they cared about the project and how they would go the extra mile. For example, when the lead carpenter was framing the bathrooms, he noticed that two of the showers were a bit tight and offered suggestions on how to make them a bit wider. Another time when I was reviewing with my designer the options for the cabinets under the kitchen island, but was having trouble deciding, Emlyn offered another option that was perfect. She was so attune to my likes and dislikes that she was able to make just the right suggestion when I was stuck. And the ultimate sign of caring for and respecting my home was how neat and clean the entire team maintained my home throughout the process, not just at the end of the project. It is very clear why my friend recommended Chase Construction to me and why I would not hesitate to recommend Chase Construction in the future.
