If I could give Phil and his team a 10 star I would. He was very diligent with completing our renovation timeline. He communicated very well and the craftsmanship was outstanding. This is a vacation property that we use as well as rent out to vacation renters. We have had some long time renters as well as some new one's and the positive feedback has been tremendous.
