If you have a pool and are in need of chemical balancing this is the company! They are personal and attentive. I am so glad I found them. I no longer have to test my own pool water with strips or bring the water to another company. Chemically Balanced Pools comes to my house every two weeks and sends all communication timely. Take my word for it. If you are in need of pool services, this is your company!
We bought a house with a pool and as new home owners, Dutch came out and showed us how everything works. He replaced our very old heater and was a delight to work with. Would recommend.
Dutch and his team have been incredible helping us pool newbies after a storm knocked out our pool systems at our new home. He made time to come check things out, answered all of our questions, and was able to come up with a plan to get everything running and cleaned up. Very reasonably priced and incredibly helpful!
We just moved to a house with a pool and wanted the mechanics checked out. Dutch came highly recommended and we were impressed by his prompt response and quick visit. He checked everything out and walked me through the maintenance and mechanics. The heat pump had broken and he was able to quickly get the part and replace it. I'd recommend chemically balanced pools to anyone needing help with their pool.
My pool/hot tub heater sprang a leak while I was traveling. Dutch adjusted his schedule to assess the problem. Unfortunately for me, the heater was too old to get spare parts. He was able to get a replacement heater and install it in a few days. Great to work with him and very reasonable prices, even for emergency service. Dutch has also opened and closed my pool for years, he is prompt, professional, and thorough. He also sends regular communication throughout the year to help keep the pool in top shape by letting us know when to perform extra shock treatment or pump down in the winter when we have had too much precipitation.
