Rizzo Pools helped us with total renovation of our inground pool. This included new liner, plumbing replacement, electrical for light, new cover install and season shut down. The entire team including owner, sales, service, demo crew was professional and did a fantastic job. This project was a fair price and completed in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with Rizzo Pools and highly recommend to others.

I had them replace the vinyl liner in my pool about 3 or 4 seasons ago. The first season I mentioned to the guy I was dealing with that there was a large hard lump in the bottom, some of the sides had large flappy creases, and thr clips on the walls where popping. They came out and fixed the clips. The following season I was told to take pictures of the lump and creases. The pictures weren't helpful. The ghosted me. The following season I was more persistent and they sent someone out and agreed to fix but said id have to drain the pool. Then I asked should we do it in the spring so the sun wont shrink the liner?...they ghosted me. At this point im done. More issues were there from the beginning but it moot. Don't use this company. Update. Talked to a person and the clarified the issues. Not anyone's fault but their will to fix but could risk getting worse. The issue seems to be a water table caused by rain.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rizzo Pools, and especially with Edgar. We purchased an older home with a pool that has definitely seen its share of years, and our goal this season was simply to get it up and running so our family could enjoy the summer. Since we weren't even living at the property yet, coordinating everything from a distance could have been incredibly stressful, but Edgar made the entire process so much easier. From day one, he has been patient, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best path forward. Every time another issue surfaced (which is inevitable with older pool infrastructure), he took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and help us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured. He really cares about what he is doing. He consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, kept us updated throughout the process, and did everything in his power to help us get the pool ready for our boys to enjoy this summer. We're incredibly grateful for Edgar's honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. While this year was focused on getting everything operational, we're already looking forward to working with Edgar and the entire Rizzo Pools team on a full pool renovation next year. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its customers.

They arrived early, quickly performed a thorough leak detection assessment, pinpointed the location of the leak, and, even to our surprise - were able to repair it on the spot! Their professionalism, and expertise turned what we feared would be a costly and stressful problem into an instant fix.
