Chris Skocay is a pleasure to work with. He is a high quality fine art carpenter, a clear and timely communicator and a craftsman with the highest standards. During the past year he covered all the beams in our modern house with cherry, built us a custom living room floor to ceiling cherry cabinet and shelving unit with a granite top and renovated a craftsman style bathroom complete with custom medicine cabinet, vanity and closet. Chris’s design ideas created a lot of space and elegance in our small bathroom. He understood what we wanted and made all of our ideas come to life in a way that was better than we could have imagined. He fluidly contracted other professionals to complete the jobs. Chris is a great listener, a prompt responder to emails, calls and texts and completed all his work on time to the highest quality. He cleaned up every day and never left a trace of mess. His beautiful work has significantly improved the value and quality of our home and daily lives.
