Mark has done work on our home for years; from windows, doors, putting on a new composite deck, replacing rotted wood and other projects. He is insured, has references and is responsive. Saved me lots of money vs. using traditional door and window replacement companies. I plan on using him for our roof next spring.

Contacted Mark about looking at in-laws roof that was tagged by a building inspector (selling home) for leaking. It is 26 months after he installed a new roof. Roof seemed to have been leaking for awhile. Contacted Mark about fixing the leaking roof (was willing to pay him for the service) to which he said via text “NO thanks”, and proceeded to say that roof was out of warrantee. I wouldn’t hire someone who doesn’t stand behind their work. I feel that his response should have been. “We are really busy right now but I’ll try and get someone out there because it sounds like a quick fix. I’ll have to charge you because it is out of guarantee range.” He would have had a happy customer and repeat business.” Instead... Buyer beware. This is not a contractor that you want to do business with.
