No one knows exactly when their water heater will stop working and leak onto the floor. The timing is never ideal. I'm a school teacher and on the night before the first day of school, my tank let go. I caught it quickly and went online to find a plumber. Chris Hunt Plumbing came highly recommended through the Saugus Facebook page and I now know why. My initial phone call was returned very quickly and after chatting with Max, I was able to send him photos of my set up. He quoted a fair and reasonable price and was able to accommodate my hectic "Day One" schedule. When I returned home after school, the job was done, my water was hot, and you couldn't even tell they had worked because the job site was so clean. I'll definitely keep these guys in my phone contacts in case I need anything down the road. I'm more than happy with my service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Max's team was professional, knowledgeable, and showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed the issues with the Navien, explained exactly what needed to be done, and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of the work was excellent. It’s hard to find reliable contractors these days, so we eally appreciate the great service. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumber.

Wouldn't use this company for anything arrived late and left a mess after work was completed very disappointing after seeing great reviews must be friends and family leaving reviews very unprofessional

The level of care and attention to detail really set Max and Chris apart. They are extremely responsive and always show up when they say they will, on time. That makes a difference these days. I have also gotten multiple quotes for my projects and they are always competitive, plus I know I am getting high quality and great experience with them.
