Christy's Cleaning is a cleaning company whose website lists a service area including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Newton and Waltham. On the Better Business Bureau, the company describes its services as residential, office, commercial, carpet, deep, move-in/out, post-construction and upholstery cleaning. Its website says it has been in business 24 years. A 2017 customer in Cambridge said they had been a client since 1999, when Christy first started her business. That 2017 customer also said Christy and her workers were honest. Another 2017 customer said they chose the company because it could accommodate a last minute cleaning request for a house they had just sold in Charlestown, and called the price really reasonable. A 2016 customer who had used the service for about 3 years said it was easy to schedule with and very reasonably priced. A 2025 customer said they made an appointment and the company never showed up, and that their emails, calls and texts were all ignored.
