I used Citadel’s service a couple of times and they always go above and beyond! Jim is super knowledgeable, explains everything, and takes his time to be thorough. I always request Patrick P. he is the true all-star climbing in and over.. snapping flicks of everything and making sure every angle and detial is captured in the report. The tag team duo never ceases to amaze...!!! Kudos on a job well done gentlemen!!

I'm impressed. Being in construction I've worked work home inspectors before and they can really be a mixed bag. Him is extremely knowledge about all aspects of residential construction and he's not one of those over zealous inspectors that scares people away from every house they look at. No nonsense. I feel very comfortable going forward after meeting with jim. I know what I'm in for. I would definitely recommed his services to anyone who needs them.

We used Citadel Inspection Service for our home inspection. Jim was fantastic! He showed us every detail of the home and gave explanations that we could understand. He took his time and was so detail orientated. We would highly recommend Citadel Inspection Service to all Veterans. They give you a great discount and our inspector was a veteran himself.
