A 2022 client who said they had "used many crews across the country" described Citywide handling everything and landing the project on time and on budget. A 2023 review about a Downtown Crossing office remodel credited the team with meeting or beating every deadline and obtaining the necessary permits — "no small feat in Boston", in that customer's words. Ask who will run your job day to day, how the millwork shop's schedule fits the build, and put the permitting responsibilities in writing before you sign.
