Citywright is a commercial plumbing shop in Rockland that turns up in the places homeowners never look — bid lists, Procore project rosters, institutional job sheets. Its Massachusetts plumbing licence, 4406-PL-C, is active and held in the company's own name. Scale is the thing to notice here. On Procore, where the company claimed its profile in July 2022, the listing counts 41 projects with 15 active and an average project size north of $27 million, spanning commercial, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure and institutional sectors. The company's own site sells to exactly that market: commercial plumbing installation, ground-up new construction, renovation, infrastructure improvements, preventative maintenance and equipment replacement, with a 24/7 emergency number. The name is newer than the business. The site says Citywright was formerly known as Pinnacle Construction Services, so anything you find under the old name belongs to the same shop. On ownership, both the site and the Procore profile carry Women Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise designations, and a New England construction trade article describes the firm as a union plumbing contractor certified WBE and DBE with the Commonwealth, naming Kourtney (Thomas) Mierzejewski as an owner. What's missing is any account from someone who hired them: the Procore profile publishes no reviews or ratings, and nothing else surfaced either. That's typical for a subcontractor whose clients are general contractors rather than households, but it leaves nothing to weigh on how the work goes. If you're a GC or facilities manager staffing a commercial job, the licence checks out and the project count is substantial. If you're a homeowner with a leaking main, this is probably the wrong-size shop — ask first whether they take residential service at all, and if they do, ask for references on jobs your size.
