I highly recommend Charlie! We have a very old house, and Charlie was recommended to us by our realtor for any and all plumbing needs. In the 6 years we’ve been in our house, he has helped us with clogged drains, inefficient submersible pumps, leaky pipe joints, an old toilet refurbishment, an espresso cup stuck in the garbage disposal in the sink, and many other assorted projects. His attention to detail is second to none; he is kind, professional, and cares deeply about solving whatever problem is ailing us! Recently, we had an ordeal that started with a bad shut-off valve and a subsequent water outage, which was shortly followed by a pipe frozen somewhere between the street and the house. Charlie was available at all hours to help us out. He called to check in many times and made multiple trips back to the house, sometimes late at night. He also coordinated with Boston Water and truly went above and beyond to help until our water was restored. I am grateful for Charlie’s help and enthusiastically recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

My fiancé and I recently purchased a home and needed to redo the bathroom. Charlie helped us out with the plumbing work on this bathroom remodel. He installed new shower hardware, new water shutoffs, a new toilet, O-ring and the vanity. He also fixed our shower/tub drain toggle in this bathroom which was not easy. It was also a tricky vanity/drain to deal with but Charlie made it happen. He is great local plumber who is friendly, professional and offers fair prices.
