Some of Roscia's Plumbing & Heating's customers have stuck with it for about a decade. A July 2026 Google reviewer said they have used the company a handful of times over ten years and find it fair and punctual, and a December 2023 reviewer said they had relied on it for more than nine years. The Dedham company says Patrick Roscia founded it in 1972 after learning the trade from his father, and that his son-in-law Dennis, a master plumber, and daughter Jill, the office manager, now work in the business. It says it serves Dedham, Westwood, Norwood, Needham, Wellesley, West Roxbury and other nearby towns. Its Massachusetts plumber licence is active on the state registry. In a January 2026 review, a customer said a job ran into complications when parts were unavailable, and that Jill, Dennis and Tyler made it right; Jill kept them updated from the office and Dennis resolved everything. In a December 2021 review, a customer who had bought their house three years earlier and whose only shower was clogged said they were told no one could come for more than two weeks because they were not an existing customer. Google shows 4.5★ from 24 ratings, and the BBB grade is A+.
