Clamel Construction Corporation is a small Methuen remodeling outfit — the Better Business Bureau lists it as a general remodeling and renovation contractor also doing kitchen and bath work, repairs, fencing and finish work, run by owner Melvin Figueroa with two employees since 2015. There's no independent customer feedback to weigh — the BBB profile itself shows no star rating, reviews, or complaint history — though the business does carry a BBB A+ grade despite not being BBB-accredited. One thing worth checking before hiring: its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (license 187774) has expired, so ask directly about its current licensing status and recent project references.
