Serrano & Serrano Construction, Inc.

Serrano & Serrano Construction works out of Essex Street in Lawrence, and its permits show the range: a roof replacement in Merrimac in 2025, a shed in Braintree in 2019, a Somerville coffee-shop fit-out in 2020 and a commercial fit-out in Methuen back in 2015. Alexandra and Alvino Serrano are named as the owners. Massachusetts verifies the company's home improvement contractor registration, #183502, in the company's name, and the state's Supplier Diversity Office certifies it as both a minority-owned and a women-owned business enterprise, certifications that run to 2028. Public contracting listings place the company among Defense Department contract awardees, and Alexandra Serrano is the contact on its COMMBUYS procurement listing. If your job is a roof, an addition or a storefront build-out, this is a company used to pulling permits town to town and to working under public contracts.
