I live right by the HQ of CCH, so driving around it’s not hard to pass a couple houses built by them, and man! Am I just happy to see the work they have done! I love the architectural design of the classical colonial/dutch house, and I have the upmost respect for those who are able to replicate that style so well! CCH is bringing back more and more houses in New England, that are designed after its old charm full style!

Two companies are building homes across the street from our home and they could not be totally opposite. One is clean and respectful of the properties around there work area but one is not. Your company has put truck tire marks on our property three time and don’t care. The second time it happened I asked the truck drive to not run his truck on our grass and he replied “don’t be a baby” nice job CCH. This baby has photos and sent them to BBB with a video of the the incident. ✌🏻

We hired CCH to removed old, fiberglass replacement windows, "one size fits all", and install custom built Marvin "historic" 6/6 double-hungs. The goal was to restore the window openings to their original size thereby reestablishing balance and proportion to the fenestration of our 1806 home. This was not an easy task since every opening was different in size and nothing was level, true or square. They also designed and installed historically appropriate exterior pediments, sills, and casings. The quality of materials used and workmanship was outstanding in every respect. Not only was everything completed exactly as we hoped, the crew was pleasant, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Indeed, they were perfectionists and easy to communicate with. Despite an unusually wet period and manufacturing issues with Marvin, CCH made every effort to complete this project in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with the outcome!

We were attracted to the CCH portfolio of homes that capture the style and elegance of colonial New England. We chose to customize a CCH Federal home design to achieve a home that suits our tastes and lifestyle and enhances the setting of our building site. The design process was not only a lot of fun, but CCH was very responsive to our requests and came up with some creative custom suggestions to meet our needs. The final design and specifications were thorough and detailed. Their professionalism was exemplary. We chose to further engage CCH in the contract management for the project. They helped us through the contracting process, including supporting us through a “rough patch” with the initial contractor. They were always responsive and supportive and fully committed to the success of our project. Again, consummate professionals. And in the end we have a beautiful, quality home.

We are currently working on our fourth project with CCH and, as always, the experience has been fantastic. Lance Kirley and team make the entire building process incredibly smooth while delivering traditional, quality building plans and products. A one stop shopping experience of sorts is created in that their vast offering of products and services simplify the building process. CCH will provide architectural services, exterior and interior millwork to maintain historical authenticity, period correct windows, clapboard and shiplap siding primed and painted, and a variety of other products. The client can utilize as many or few of the services and products as needed. Standard architectural plans can be modified and expanded to create a custom design at an affordable price. Enough can't be said about the quality of services, products and people at Classic Colonial Homes. We have enjoyed a decade long relationship, have always been well pleased with the outcome, and will continue to utilize their services in the future.
