Classic Home Care is Joe Creedon's one-person operation, and the variety of jobs customers bring him is unusually wide for a single handyman: plumbing fixes, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, furniture assembly, even snowblower and recliner repairs. One Google reviewer summed it up by calling him "a guy every homeowner should have on speed dial." The reviews keep coming back to speed and follow-through. In a 2024 review, a customer described Joe fixing a kitchen faucet that several plumbers couldn't, with no leaks two years later. Another customer texted him on a Sunday about a broken shower wand and had it swapped out the next day. When a garage's trim was falling apart after years of weather damage, he showed up almost immediately to look at it, and when a snowblower died the morning of a storm, he came over the same day to fix it. Beyond quick fixes, Joe takes on real projects: a full bathroom remodel finished start to finish, custom shelving and a bookcase built into a basement office, built-in lockers for an entryway, rewiring and new smoke detectors for a condo, and a kitchen floor installation. Several customers say they've called him back for more than one project — one has hired him for plumbing and electrical work over two years, another now calls him their go-to for anything in the house. His Thumbtack rating (4.9 stars from 8 ratings) lines up with the dozens of five-star Google reviews going back to 2020. For a house with a running list of small and mid-size jobs that don't each warrant hiring a separate specialist, Joe is built for exactly that. Since much of his business runs on repeat calls and referrals, it's worth confirming his current scheduling window before counting on him for something time-sensitive.

I’ve had Joe come by a couple of times to help me replace a kitchen sink, and to reside some small sections of my home after having windows removed. First and foremost - he does incredible work and is very meticulous about getting the job right. He is always emphasizing that he guarantees his work which is reassuring. For the work you’re getting, the price is not cheap, but it is very fair, which is well worth it for the confidence you can have that it will be done well, and with the care you would want on your home. Additionally, he is easy to work with, and very willing to come out quickly if scheduling allows. I will absolutely not hesitate to reach out to Joe again as things come up around the house.
I recently had Joe come out to take a look at my bathroom floor because I was worried about some noticeable sagging. He was professional, thorough, and put my mind at ease immediately. He determined the subfloor was actually in good shape and was able to fix the issue so it no longer has any flex. Highly recommend his services if you need an honest and skilled handyman!
Joe is great. I am so glad we found him through a referral and have been able to cut out the expensive plumbers, Electrician's and random service men for random odds and ends jobs that have come up over the years. Joe has proven himself the last few times and goes above and beyond and has a wealth of knowledge. Not only does he fix everything I have asked but he also explains it to me so I can learn and helps me understand it as well. He truly takes pride in what he does and is so respectful and professional. He doesn’t cut corners and doesn’t try to make up work if it’s not there. Just an honest hard working guy and can’t say enough good things about him. This review is long overdue but after an emergency trip today to fix our dishwasher for Easter reminded me of how responsive and professional he is. Glad I met Joe, I highly recommended him.
I needed a few things done for my rental property and Joe responded right away. He was able to schedule and solve my problems very quickly, highly reccomend.
Joe fixed a kitchen faucet that several plumbers could not. My first experience and it was great still no leaks after 2 yrs. Called. Sunday and asked if he could replace hand held shower wand . Came Monday brought the part and it was done at a great price. Joe worked in. Kitchen and bathroom caulking the attention to color and detail was spot on. Don’t hesitate to call he can do anything and with expertise.
