CLC AND SONS CARPENTRY CO.

CLC and Sons Carpentry Co. describes itself on its website as a family-owned and operated carpentry business rooted in Lakeville, Massachusetts. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence 181257 is active on the state registry, with Christopher Carnali as holder of record. A recent Google review says the writer hired CLC & Sons to replace some rotted trim on an 1890's house along with a few other minor repairs, and that Chris had a couple of trim pieces specifically made to match the original look. The same review says Chris ran across a few unexpected hidden issues and handled them in a thoroughly professional manner. Another recent review says they replaced two decks, did trim work, and replaced and relocated the gutters, calling them highly professional and very responsive. A 2024 review says Chris installed PVC batten board siding on the whole home, did the trim on the exterior windows, doors and columns, installed corbels, and reinstalled windows properly flashed. A separate 2024 review says Chris did a great job on the decks and fixed some rot quickly and reasonably. In a 2023 review, Chris rehabbed an old deck and its stairs, replacing old boards and the railings, and helped with stain color choices. Another 2023 review says Chris replaced windows and a few damaged boards on a porch, with an estimate the writer called affordable.
