Clean My Roof LLC

Moss-covered roofs feature in several dated accounts of Clean My Roof’s work. In July 2025, a homeowner who had been considering replacing an aging roof said it looked new after the cleaning. The same customer said Colleen and the team also cleaned the gutters, deck and railings. Based in West Harwich, the company describes itself as locally owned and operated on Cape Cod. Its website says it soft-washes roofs, including red cedar shakes, with low-pressure detergents and cleans siding, decks, patios, walkways, chimneys and solar panels. BBB names Richard Hart as the owner and gives a January 2011 business start date. A June 2024 reviewer said their insurer required moss removal from one side of the roof. They described Colleen providing an estimate, then returning with Ryan a few days later to clean the roof, gutter, shutters and front of the house. The customer said the crew cleared the mess and that they checked the shingles and found no damage from the process. In April 2025, another customer reported replacement of missing shingles and power washing around the house. There is also a January 2026 one-star review stating, “Extremely high pressures ruin your roof.” That warning differs from the company’s description of low-pressure roof cleaning. A July 2026 customer praised a quick, reasonable estimate, prompt work and polite technicians. Google shows a 4.6-star average from 22 ratings. Massachusetts construction supervisor licence CS-090160, held by Richard C Hart, was registry-verified as expired on September 19, 2026; the registry’s wording was “Null and Void.” BBB gives the business an A+ grade, and it is not BBB accredited.
