⚠️ EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVING — CLEAR CHOICE DRAIN SOLUTIONS Tonight at approximately 6:00 PM on I-93 South, I witnessed the driver of this Clear Choice Drain Solutions van driving in an extremely reckless and dangerous manner. The driver was aggressively cutting in and out of lanes and nearly caused two separate accidents—one involving an Audi and another involving a pickup truck. I attempted to get video, but the van was changing lanes so frequently and driving so erratically that I could not safely keep up—and I wasn’t going to put myself or anyone else at risk trying to do so. I notified the Massachusetts State Police and reported what I witnessed. At the time, the van was continuing south toward I-95 South in the Braintree area. This wasn’t simply someone driving a little too fast or making one bad lane change. What I personally witnessed was dangerous driving that could have caused a serious accident and seriously injured or killed someone. Afterward, I looked at the company’s reviews, and what I found was concerning. Based on the number and nature of the negative reviews I saw, it certainly gave me the impression that this type of behavior and lack of professionalism may come from the top down. I would encourage anyone considering this company to read the reviews themselves and come to their own conclusion. When you’re operating a company vehicle with your business name, phone number, and website displayed on it, you’re representing that company. More importantly, everyone operating a vehicle has a responsibility to the other people and families sharing the road. This was completely unacceptable, incredibly unsafe, and could have ended tragically.

I had a very concerning experience with a driver from Clear Choice Drain Solutions. While I was driving in traffic, one of their trucks was tailgating me aggressively and making unsafe maneuvers. The driver then made inappropriate gestures during the incident. This was especially upsetting because I’m currently pregnant, and the situation felt very unsafe and unnecessary. I have video footage of the entire interaction. I also reached out to the company directly and did not receive any response. I hope the company takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their drivers to ensure the safety of others on the road

Clear Choice was able to respond quickly to my issue with my main drain line. I had some wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable help from Israel. They were able to help my out with clearing the backed up in an extremely timely manner, while also offering helpful explanations throughout his visit.

Asked for a camera inspection of the pipeline from the septic tank to the streets, the technician found out they weren’t able to do it which I understand. But they charged me $369 for a moving a 5 inch copper pipe forward 2 inches which I was able to do myself and said it fixed the clog. There wasn’t a clog to begin with because we don’t even throw toilet paper down the toilet. And this was the pipe connected to my house not the streets and I did not ask it to be fixed because I knew I was able to do it myself. The customer service people were so rude as well. Sure I might be taking a little longer because I have to translate to my family but that doesn’t mean you can discriminate by hanging up on me.
