When a Clinton-area homeowner needed three toilets over twenty years old replaced this August, they said Brandon at BGC Plumbing didn't push extra sales and stayed transparent about the process throughout. BGC Plumbing LLC holds an active Massachusetts plumbing license, and its official site lists plumbing and gas fitting, water heating, water filtration, leak detection and drain cleaning among its services, alongside 24/7 emergency service. Reviewers keep calling back the same plumber by name for new jobs years apart. One customer said Brandon installed a heat pump hot water heater for them in 2025 and returned in early 2026 to install new faucets in both bathrooms. Another, in a 2023 review, said they'd worked with him twice — a minor kitchen-sink job, then an emergency after their basement flooded and the hot water heater needed replacing. A third said he came out on his day off within 30 minutes of a call about a clogged drain in December 2023. A November 2023 review described him answering the phone immediately after a pipe burst and walking the caller through shutting off the main water valve. Other specific jobs turn up across the Google reviews: a 2025 review described him running a new water line and installing a dishwasher; a March 2024 review described fixing several emergency leaks and replacing a toilet and bathroom vanity; a 2024 review described a full water-heater replacement completed with inspection in one day; and one review from January 2026 specifically identifies him as the owner of BGC Plumbing, calling him prompt and prepared. This July, a water-heater replacement came with an upfront quote within hours, permits handled, and an electrician referral arranged. The one limitation on record from reviewers: a June 2026 review gave four stars rather than five because Brandon works on the drain pipe below a sink but doesn't install the sink itself. The Massachusetts plumbing license backing this work is registry-verified active, and Google shows a 5-star average from 56 ratings.
Brandon replaced all three of my 20+ year told toilets and did an excellent job! Overwhelmingly positive experience, doesn’t try to push any sales and is very transparent about the whole process. He clearly takes pride in his work, and dealt with all the surprises from the original installations and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right (even breaking one existing toilet which was cemented in place). I was impressed with how clean Brandon leaves everything afterwards too, it’s like nobody was there. The total price was exactly as quoted, and was very reasonable. Just can’t say enough good things!
Excellent service. I got my water heater replaced and he was very upfront about the cost, got me a quote within hours of the visit, and was able to do the service within a week of reaching out to him. He took care of the permits, got me in touch with an electrician, and overall was great to work with. Highly recommended!
Brandon is communicative, competent, and accomplished our work as soon as possible! We're pleased with his expertise, timeliness, and responsiveness. We will hire him again for future plumbing jobs, thank you!
Brandon is a well-rounded plumber who's work was very efficient and professional. I am pleaed to have him repair a broken sink pipe. The only reason not giving him a 5 star rating is he only works on drain pipe below the sink and unable to install the sink. Overall, BGC plumbing is a very good local plumbing company to support any need in plumbing jobs.
Great customer service and excellent response time. Work is done professionally with attention to detail
