Overall great work, this is our second home built by Clm devolpment over a 10 year period. Of course small.things need to be adjusted, but we understand that and previously went through it. Thanks again!
Charlie Macy is a fantastic builder and a great person as well! We watched him build a beautiful custom home right next door to us and were so impressed that we asked him to do our remodel which was fairly extensive. The quality of workmanship and workers is impeccable. We actually miss them all and watching their progress as they created the house next door and then came to rescue us! Charlie and his team have great ideas and so many items I felt comfortable just letting them make the decisions. There is not ONE thing I regret about the entire process-we heard many horror stories prior to this journey and were pleasantly surprised that none of that happened to us. Charlie is fair and very honest-there were no btw surprises or add ons- in fact if anything he was more than fair. His timing is also right on target-3 months was 3 months start to finish!. Would do it again in a heartbeat with no worries.
