Closet & Storage Systems keeps getting hired twice. Read through its Google reviews and the same arc repeats: someone brings them in for one closet, then comes back for the pantry, the mudroom, the laundry room — and often a glass shower door on the way out. The Auburn company carries a 5-star average across 113 Google ratings, and the jobs run from a single walk-in to the whole closet package in a newly built house. What sets these reviews apart is how many of them name names. Designers get credited for the plan, installers for the fit. In June 2026 a customer described closet systems put in from the laundry room to the primary bedroom, all of it done with care and the spaces left clean and neat. A month earlier, another wrote that a hall pantry turned out well enough that the foyer closet followed it. Five years of reviews, from 2021 through 2026, run in that one direction. The things homeowners usually brace for — mess, vagueness, a crew that vanishes mid-job — keep getting answered directly. A December 2024 customer noted the crew cleaned up at the end of every day. In a December 2023 review, a homeowner described installers who wore booties, were careful around the floors, and said each morning what they would finish that day. A 2022 customer went to the Auburn showroom for a hands-on look at the products, then got measurements and a detailed quote before committing. And in a November 2024 review, a second-time customer credited Allie, one of the co-owners, with designing the closet herself. Worth being clear about what they are: an installation shop, not a remodeling contractor. Its BBB listing states the trade plainly — shelf installation, shower and bath installation — and the reviews match, describing closets, pantries, mirrors and glass shower enclosures rather than rebuilt rooms. Builders treat them that way too; a July 2025 reviewer had worked with them on several large multi-family projects as well as on their own house. So: if you want a closet, pantry or laundry space designed around what you actually own and installed without drama, or a shower door measured and fitted properly, this is a straightforward call — and an especially common one during new construction, where several reviewers brought them in mid-build. Before booking, walk them through your full list, since the closet work and the glass are separate pieces of what they do.
We would absolutely recommend Closet and Storage Systems! We love the new closet systems we had installed from the laundry room to the primary bedroom. All the work was done with care and was very thorough. The spaces were left clean and neat and it seems we have way more room now than we did before. Very happy!
Amy worked easily to help me organize my hall pantry. It turned out amazing and has helped make my life so much easier! One great result led to another and now my foyer closet is a joy too! Ross did a superb job of installation! Definitely recommend them and well worth the investment. Wish I had done this years ago to replace the wire ones!
People are extremely friendly and helpful.
I am absolutely thrilled with our experience with Closets and Storage! From initial email to project completion their team has been responsive, friendly and professional. Liz was a true partner in finding the best solution for our newly renovated under-stair pantry in our basement. She came to take measurements, hosted me in their show room to talk through options and revised designs numerous times to make sure our pantry was exactly what we needed for such a unique space. The install was easy with no issues and we are blown away by the quality of the product. We also worked with Liz to purchase mirrors for our in-home gym and once again she accommodated numerous changes in size and scope. The install team was friendly and easy to work with. They noticed an imperfection on one of the mirror pieces and arranged with Liz to have a replacement brought with no hassle or cost on our end. The mirrors are gorgeous and completely change the space. We have already received wonderful compliments on now our new pantry and gym look - all thanks to the Closets and Storage team. Thank you so much!
Working with Liz on our closet re-design was excellent. She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We had detailed plans and a quote right away. Russ, the installer, did a great job and worked in our garage under very cold circumstances! We are extremely pleased with the outcome.
