I was very pleased with my experience. The product looks durable and high quality. The owner was attentive and knowledgeable. The crew was efficient, professional and extremely tidy. I did not do extensive comparison shopping, so I can’t comment on how pricing compares, but I was very satisfied with the quality of service and the overall experience.
We cannot say enough about the great service provided by Cloud 9. From our initial meeting with Jeff to the removal of an existing bathtub and replacement with an updated walk in shower, the process was seamless. The installers not only did an outstanding job, they did it in one day and you would never have known they had been here. They put down drop clothes everywhere and even cleaned our driveway where they had done some work. Excellent job and it looks fantastic!

Jeff listened to all our questions and concerns; he took his time to provide detailed answers and offered suggestions that we hadn't thought of. This was not a sales call for Jeff, this was a presentation of what Cloud 9 Tubs can do for us. If you're looking for a new shower or tub replacement you won't find a better company than Cloud 9 Tubs or a better person than Jeff. The installation team was amazing, they were on time, professional, we are 100% thrilled with our new shower.
