When we began transforming an existing house into our forever home, Peak Builders Inc. was the right partner to bring that vision to life. From our first meeting with Chris Dame through final inspection approval, the project was handled professionally and delivered with outstanding results. Chris developed a thoughtful plan and divided the work into two phases. The first phase renovated two existing bathrooms, while the second and larger phase added two new additions, fully renovated the main living level, and included new siding and a new roof. His building and design experience made a significant difference. Phasing the project allowed work to begin during the New Hampshire winter and gave us time to plan the larger phase and order materials well in advance, so once the ground thawed, there were no delays waiting for supplies. Chris started when he said he would and finished when he said he would, which was one of the most impressive parts of working with Peak Builders. The project stayed on schedule, the budget was closely monitored, and communication remained clear throughout. The references and subcontractors Peak Builders brought in were equally remarkable. From the architect Chris recommended to the final cleaning crew, everyone worked diligently, professionally, and with true craftsmanship. Peak Builders’ on-site manager was a highly skilled craftsman who could handle every challenge that arose. Because ours was an older home, rot was uncovered and many areas were not level, but every issue was addressed thoroughly and without unnecessary disruption. Chris also visited the site nearly every day, including weekends when active work was not underway, to assess progress and prepare for the week ahead. His attention to detail and personal commitment gave us tremendous confidence throughout the process. In the end, Peak Builders gave us our dream kitchen, a beautiful new primary suite with an exceptional shower, a game room, covered outdoor space, and an exterior we are proud of every time we come home. We are grateful for the craftsmanship, professionalism, and care Chris and his team brought to the entire project.
