We had a mini split system installed by coastal in Dec of 25.<br>We recently turned the system on due to the hotter weather and WOW. It is an amazing system. There are 2 condensers outside running 6 wall units inside. 3 on the first, 2 on the second, and 1 on the 3rd floor. It was a massive amount of work and Coastal got it done in ONE day with 8 guys completing it. The entire crew Mike, Lisa, Nick, Dana, Alex, and everyone else were absolutely phenomenal. We used Coastal to install whole-home heat pumps and had a great customer experience. The team was highly responsive even before installation, answering all of our questions promptly and guiding us through each step of the process.<br>Mike and Lisa were especially helpful and always available, making sure we felt supported and informed throughout. The installation team was professional, respectful of our home and the environment, and completed the entire system efficiently and on schedule within a day. We used Coastal before for an emergency fix on the heat pumps in our former home two years ago. Based on their professionalism and prompt service, we knew we would use them for future projects. Mike and his team did a fantastic job installing a Mitsubishi mini split system in our new home recently.<br><br>The team that did the work were incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Lisa in the office was very courteous and helpful. Mike was always available to answer any technical questions or assist with the Mass Save Heat Loan and Rebates.<br><br>The team installed our system in a day and spent the time showing us how to use the new system as well as the Mitsubishi app.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Coastal Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone!!!

5 stars isn't enough. During a heat wave (105°) I called, and because I wasn't a long-time customer, they just couldn't fit me in. They gave me a couple of phone #s to call, and I got an appointment for the next day. They called me back and said they could squeeze me in, but I said I was all set. That was until I got a quote. To try to keep this short, the quote was outrageous. I called Lisa, and she had her guys out, and they gave me a quote for a full heat pump replacement that was $11,000 cheaper than I had. It got easier after that. Lisa contacted me almost daily to arrange everything. Day of installation everyone was on time, clean and professional. And they were done before their scheduled finish time. The owner Mike was fantastic to deal with. Nick, Alex, and Dana were amazing, but Lisa is special. She doesn't know me from a whole in the wall, but cared about me and everything like we were lifelong friends. This is the Company and People you want to deal with. No exceptions. And I will recommend them to everyone I know.
