I am very disappointed with one specific employee at this company. Kevin came out to inspect my property for a crawl space insulation estimate. Before the visit, I specifically instructed him not to discuss any details with my tenants and to communicate directly with me. Unfortunately, he did the exact opposite—he only spoke with my tenant and never contacted me afterward. I waited two weeks for a phone call before finally having to reach out to him multiple times myself. When I eventually got in touch with him, he insisted that he had called me and claimed that I had never told him not to speak with my tenants. I informed him that I have phone records showing otherwise, but he continued to argue with me rather than address the situation professionally. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Kevin hung up on me. I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner by someone in a customer service role. On a positive note, Dylan in the office (if I have her name correct) was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the process. I genuinely feel sorry that she has to work alongside someone who treats customers the way Kevin did. Based on my experience with Kevin, I cannot recommend this company.
