Order Oil Online sells heating oil through its website: a 2025 customer said you order and pay online and they deliver a few days later. A pressherald.com article has described the company as part of the longtime family dealership Nice Fuel Co. in Portland. The company's website names Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Cumberland and Yarmouth as its service area, and the company says it has been in business for 20 years. On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 25 ratings. A 2024 customer said they ran out overnight and the company was able to deliver within a few hours. That 2024 customer said the person who came out bled and restarted it for them. A 2024 customer called the website misleading and said the phone number apparently did not go to the company.

This is the best oil delivery company in southern Maine, bar none. I was a loyal Cash Energy customer for many years, but when they got bought out, prices dramatically increased and I had a poor service experience. Fortunately Orderoilonline opened around the same time (I think?) and is basically exactly what Cash Energy used to be: no frills with some of the lowest prices. You order and pay online, the price is very low, and they deliver a few days later. Easy as that. I feel like they're flying a bit under the radar. I don't want them to change, so I'm hesitant to get the word out, but everyone should also support them!
Great customer service and super reliable!! Highly recommend 😊
Great prices, fast and easy service!
Misleading website, phone number apparently does not go to them. Seems pretty shady.
This place is fast, responsive, and was able to deliver to us within a few hours when we realized we ran out overnight. The person who came out even bled/restarted it for us and was incredibly nice!!! Very impressed with this company!
