Cleaves Energy

Delivered oil into my father's K1 tank and refused to take accountability. My father reached out once he realized and the owner went to the house to check the situation out. Owner told my Dad he trusts his driver who insists that did not happen, and then suggested it was an mystery delivery from another company which makes no sense. Dad tried reasoning with the owner, and my dad is a calm and rational man, but the owner essentially tried to shift the blame onto my dad or another company. Owner asked what my father wants him to do about it, which is obvious, it needs to be pumped out/removed. They refuse to acknowledge or fix their mistake, so now my dad has to pay someone else to come and pump the oil out. It's unfortunate because accidents do happen and he would have been understanding, but now he will have to explore other avenues in an attempt to remedy this situation. Times are tough, money is tight, and the condescending attitude from this company speaks volumes to their integrity.

I ordered oil 20 minutes ago and the truck is already in my driveway. Great customer service! Even offered to bleed the line if I need. I’ll definitely be recommending to my friends this fall.

Josh and his crew do such an efficient job servicing my family and my community in a timely and professional manner. They always have the cheapest heating oil, they show up earlier/right when they quote. I trust them for ever purchase.

Cleaves Energy has been top notch for heating oil price and fast order delivery time. Now Cleaves is even better with HVAC service. Dependable, reliable, prompt, accurate, a great value for me.

Cleaves is hands down the best home heating oil delivery option in Greater Portland. Not only do they always have the best per gallon prices in southern Maine, but they are lightning fast with delivery and always come within 24-48 hours to our house. Thank you for the years of reliable service.
